Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsoring at the KAIA Annual Convention is the perfect way to align your brand with industry excellence. Choose from options including:

  • Event Sponsorships: Gain high visibility by sponsoring key events like the general session, Beer Olympics, and Closing Night Party.
  • Branded Items: Put your logo on popular items such as attendee bags, lanyards, or the convention mobile app.

Hospitality & Reception Events

New in 2025! Take advantage of expanded hospitality options to network with attendees in a more intimate setting. Hospitality or reception events can now be held on Monday and Tuesday evenings at the following times:

  • Monday Night: Start at 7:00 PM, following the trade show.
  • Tuesday Night: Host your event before or after the KAIA Closing Night Party. Available time slots are 5:00 – 7:00 PM and after 11:00 PM.

Please Note: Out of respect for KAIA’s Closing Night Party, no events should be held on or off property during the party hours of 7:00 – 11:00 PM on Tuesday.

All hospitality events are first come, first served and must be booked through KAIA to ensure smooth coordination. While space for your event is complimentary, all food and beverage services are required to be arranged through the Hyatt Regency hotel. Additionally, we ask that at least one person from your organization be fully registered for the convention.
