KIAPAC
From taxes to tort reform, the Kansas Legislature each year considers bills that impact independent agents and their businesses. KIAPAC is a critical part of the association's efforts to build relationships with Kansas elected officials and to keep members of the Legislature informed about issues impacting small businesses and the independent agent system.
What is KIAPAC?
KIAPAC is KAIA's Kansas-based political action committee. It is managed by a committee of Kansas independent agents who are engaged in the association's government affairs work. KIAPAC contributes to statewide races and to Kansas legislative races. The PAC seeks to support candidates who recognize and understand the issues that affect small businesses and the independent agent system.
How to contribute
Businesses and individuals may contribute to KIAPAC. There is no limit on the contribution amount to Kansas PACs. Donors and their contribution amounts are included, as required by law, in the PAC's campaign finance reports.
